Ingredients :
- 60 ml Skyy Infusions Raspberry
- 30 ml Midori Melon Liqueur
- 45 ml cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add some ice and shake vigorously. Then, strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wide lemon twist.

VAT 69 is a Scotch blended whisky created by William Sanderson & Son Limited of South Queensferry, Scotland, now part of Diageo.
Despite its name, VAT 69 is not a vatted malt, but a blend of about 40 malt and grain whiskies. VAT 69 Reserve carries no standard age statement because of the combination of the malts and grains.
It is a famous old brand of blended whisky, chosen by Sir Ernest Shackleton to accompany him on his Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition of 1914 ‘for medicinal and celebratory purposes’, and also famously the favourite whisky of Captain Lewis Nixon of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, immortalised in the book and TV series Band of Brothers.

THE GLENLIVET 15 YO – 700ML
The 15 Year Old gets its distinctive rich and exotic character from a process of selective maturation in which a proportion of the spirit is matured in French oak casks. In fact, we at The Glenlivet were one of the first to use French oak for making whisky, a technique that has since been imitated the world over. The Limousin oak we use is cut in France’s Dordogne region, where it’s often used to mature cognacs. Its low density allows whisky to sink deep into the wood, and we carefully control how long the whisky matures in the casks so as not to overpower the desired result: a unique, pleasing spiciness.
