To give you a recipe for a refreshing summer drink, here’s the guide:
- Ingredients :
- 45 ml Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka
- ½ sprig of rosemary
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml lemongrass syrup
- some soda water
Mix the rosemary with the lemon juice and syrup in a shaker. Add ice and the Skyy Infusions Vodka and mix again.

VAT 69 – 750ml
VAT 69 is a Scotch blended whisky created by William Sanderson & Son Limited of South Queensferry, Scotland, now part of Diageo.
Despite its name, VAT 69 is not a vatted malt, but a blend of about 40 malt and grain whiskies. VAT 69 Reserve carries no standard age statement because of the combination of the malts and grains.
It is a famous old brand of blended whisky, chosen by Sir Ernest Shackleton to accompany him on his Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition of 1914 ‘for medicinal and celebratory purposes’, and also famously the favourite whisky of Captain Lewis Nixon of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, immortalised in the book and TV series Band of Brothers.

Ingredients :
- 60 ml Skyy Infusions Raspberry
- 30 ml Midori Melon Liqueur
- 45 ml cranberry juice
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass. Add some ice and shake vigorously. Then, strain into a pre-chilled martini glass. Garnish with a wide lemon twist.

The Singleton Single Malt 12 Yrs-700ml

Singleton of Dufftown 12 YO pours a deep gold with polished mahogany highlights. It has aromas of toasted nut along with rich fruit.
