Steeped in rich brandy-making history since 1845, Jan van Ryn established the Van Ryn Wine and Spirit Company near Cape Town. Using high quality grapes, the brandy is matured in French oak barrels to achieve a smooth brandy.
The 5-year old brandy is created through a dedicated process, using the true art of craftsmanship.

Royal Salute 21 Year Old
In 1953, the young Princess Elizabeth ascended the throne. The occasion called for a tribute fit for a queen and so an exquisite blend was created using whisky from Strathisla, the oldest working distillery in the Scottish Highlands. It was given the name Royal Salute – after the famous 21-gun-salute – and so began the story of a remarkable whisky.
On the nose, there are notes of sweet orange and peaches, balanced perfectly with smouldering bonfire embers.

The Singleton Single Malt 12 Yrs-700ml
This smooth, naturally rich Single Malt Scotch Whisky has sweet fruity notes and a lingering, pleasurable warmth.
Singleton of Dufftown 12 YO pours a deep gold with polished mahogany highlights. It has aromas of toasted nut along with rich fruit. Adding a dash of water to it brings out the classic Speyside fruit-sweet aromas. There is a sweetness and crunchy nut notes on the palate, then a smooth, fruity richness, balancing with hints of blackcurrant, brown sugar, and espresso coffee. The finish is medium to long, elegantly drying and crisp with a delayed lingering warmth.

Bartenders all over the planet love the pure vodka for its huge mixing possibilities and say that the best cocktails are based on Skyy Vodka. All these compliments made us come up with a recipe for a drink as well.
For an Apricot Breeze Cocktail you need the following ingredients:
- 30ml Skyy Vodka
- 90 ml apricot nectar
- tonic water
- ice
Fill up a hurricane glass with ice cubes and add the vodka and the apricot nectar, then fill up the glass with tonic water. Now stir the cocktail gently et voilà – cheers to a warm summer night!

- 45 ml Skyy Infusions Citrus Vodka
- ½ sprig of rosemary
- 15 ml lemon juice
- 15 ml lemongrass syrup
- some soda water
Mix the rosemary with the lemon juice and syrup in a shaker. Add ice and the Skyy Infusions Vodka and mix again.

Brainchild of 5th generation distillers William Grant & Sons, Hendrick’s Gin spearheaded the gin renaissance when it launched in 1999. Hendrick’s is the number one super premium gin in the world.
Hendrick’s is a distilled comprised from a proprietary recipe featuring 11 botanicals collected from the four corners of the world. Master Distiller Miss Lesley Gracie utilises two types of still in the creation of Hendrick’s; traditional “Bennet” style, and rarer “Carterhead” style.
By blending the contrasting distillates together she is able to achieve a rare union of lightness and complexity that is finally consummated with the infusion of essences of Bulgarian rose and carefully selected cucumbers.
Hendrick’s is distilled in their “Gin Palace” located in the tiny seaside town of Girvan, Ayrshire, Scotland.
ABV: 41.4% Nose: Huge, intense nose with an initial burst of crisp zesty botanicals harmoniously balanced juniper and coriander and a deep, surprisingly floral aroma of violets and rose. Palate: Smooth and superbly balanced botanicals. Clean and dry without being in any way astringent. The complexity of the nose comes through in the taste; citrus and juniper with a subtle lingering finish of cool refreshing cucumber and rose. Finish: In addition to the traditional juniper infusion, Hendrick’s uses Bulgarian rose and cucumber to add flavour. Serve: Hendrick’s Gin and Tonic For a delightfully refreshing tipple, serve Hendrick’s Gin over ice, top up with tonic and garnish with a slice of cucumber to fully appreciate the infusion of rose petal and cucumber in this most unusual gin.

The 15 Year Old gets its distinctive rich and exotic character from a process of selective maturation in which a proportion of the spirit is matured in French oak casks. In fact, we at The Glenlivet were one of the first to use French oak for making whisky, a technique that has since been imitated the world over. The Limousin oak we use is cut in France’s Dordogne region, where it’s often used to mature cognacs. Its low density allows whisky to sink deep into the wood, and we carefully control how long the whisky matures in the casks so as not to overpower the desired result: a unique, pleasing spiciness.

VAT 69 – 750ml
VAT 69 is a Scotch blended whisky created by William Sanderson & Son Limited of South Queensferry, Scotland, now part of Diageo.
Despite its name, VAT 69 is not a vatted malt, but a blend of about 40 malt and grain whiskies. VAT 69 Reserve carries no standard age statement because of the combination of the malts and grains.
It is a famous old brand of blended whisky, chosen by Sir Ernest Shackleton to accompany him on his Imperial Trans-Antarctic Expedition of 1914 ‘for medicinal and celebratory purposes’, and also famously the favourite whisky of Captain Lewis Nixon of the 506th Parachute Infantry Regiment, immortalised in the book and TV series Band of Brothers.
