Moët Impérial is the House’s iconic champagne. Created in 1869, it embodies Moët & Chandon’s unique style, a style distinguished by its bright fruitiness, its seductive palate and its elegant maturity.
BLEND
Created from more than 100 different wines, of which 20% to 30% are reserve wines specially selected to enhance its maturity, complexity and constancy, the assemblage reflects the diversity and complementarity of the three grapes varietals.

Nocturne rosé originated from the success of the Nocturne cuvée. A dry Cchampagne blended from Chardonnay (30%), Pinot Noir and Meunier (70%), it reflects he Prestige Rosé style. Its intense, vibrant robe reflects the still red wines in its blend. The sensuality of this cuvée and its vivacious personality are a perfect complement to the night owls.
ENCHANTED VIBRATION
Taittinger Nocturne Rosé is a dry Champagne comprising Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Meunier grapes from 30 different villages.
12 to 15% of still red wine, sourced from the best Pinots Noirs from the Montagne de Reims and Les Riceys, are added to the final blend to give this cuvée its brilliant colour and vibrant intensity on the palate. Its dosage of 17.5 g/l of sugar, combined with the maturity from slow cellar-ageing, offer this wine a beautiful patina. A delicate mousse and a vivid, generous pink robe introduce a velvety tannic palate. This well-structured Champagne owes its balance to the freshness of the Chardonnay.
