Hardys Nottage Hill Shiraz is a deep purple coloured wine. Wonderful aromas of raspberry, mulberry and dark cherry fuse with black pepper, clove and vanillin oak hints. These fragrances pave the way for a full-bodied palate revealing firm and juicy flavours of plum, dark cherry, raspberry, clove, black pepper, and dried herbs. It eventually culminates in a savoury and lingering finish, accompanied by raspberry and spice notes. This red is a great accompaniment for lamb rack, brisket and Cheddar cheese.
